The Quick Tip of June 2012

  • Check Your Checklist

Before you invest in a new drill or power tool this summer, be sure to make and adhere to a checklist.
    • Although one doesn’t always need the most heavy-duty features to get the job done, ensure you take the plunge with a power tool that has the features, perks and power to get your jobs done right.
    • It’s also important to hold a tool before you commit to it. Make sure the thing feels right and balanced in your hands before you buy.
    • Lastly, unless you truly don’t need the extra, it’s beneficial to invest in a kit that includes two batteries. Having a second power source on-hand is incredibly helpful on the job.
